are due 30 days before the date of the scheduled dates of the camp. The
remaining balance is due at the start of the camp. | The
prices listed above are for local teams within a 50 mile radius. Teams
outside of this radius need to add the following amounts based on the
distance of the gym:

Also,
for teams outside the 50 mile radius, an over night stay is usually
required for the SCA staff. The booking and payment of the hotel stay
would be the responsibility of the host team. This would be in addition
to the cost of the camp.
