2007-2008 CHEERFUSION ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING Information Sheet

**Practice begins the week of May 7th , and you will owe your monthly tuition at this time.

**The following are the Fusion uniform and equipment expenses that you are responsible for:

    *starred items do not have to be purchased by returning cheerleaders as long as they are in good condition

    There will be a $100.00 initial payment from all cheerleaders due by May 25th, 2007.  The remainder, $243(new students) & $83(returning), of the balance will be split into following       payment schedule:
           
            New Students:            Returning Students:
            * June  22nd = $81        * June 22nd = $42
            * July 20th = $81            * July 20th = $41
            * August 17th = $81

**Monthly tuition is due the first of every month and is considered late after the 10th.  If paid after then a $5 late will be added.  Also, if your payment is not made by then 10th    your child will not be allowed to participate in practice until the payment is made, he or she will still need to be at practice but will only be allowed to watch.

** This year we are expanding our cheer program to include a mandatory cheerleading camp for each squad.  The tiny and mini squads will have camps taught by SCA staff   and senior squad members and the cost will be between $60-$80 per cheerleader.  The youth, junior, and senior squads will participate in COA private camps and the cost   will be approx. $100 to $125 per cheerleader.  The camp dates and payment deadlines are as follows:  (These dates are tentative until COA gets back in touch with us to       confirm.)

**Again this year we will have individual accounts for each child to deposit your personal fundraising money or to make payments in to for competition fees and nationals   expenses.  The individual accounts will begin after the first fundraiser.   The first fundraiser will be a team effort.  Everyone’s goal from this fundraiser will be $75 profit, you will either need to sell enough to reach this goal or pay in this amount.  This money will be used to purchase items for the routines and finish ordering the needed uniforms.  There will be a fundraiser before camp so you will have the opportunity to raise your camp fee.  You will need approx. $50 in your individual account to cover the first competition entry fee.

**The competition schedule is available here with dates, locations, entry fees, and deadlines.  Please keep in mind that this is a tentative schedule, as not all cheerleading companies have posted there competitions.  Also, this schedule can change with little notice from the companies, i.e. times, locations, and even cancellations!  We will make you aware of any and all changes that may occur as soon as we know of them!

If you refer a friend to our cheer or tumble programs and they remain in class for at least 3 months, you will receive a free month of tumbling class or one free private lesson!
